My Bulwark Pest Control allows you to easily manage your service account(s) all in one place. It offers and secure bill access, service histories/details, and convenient scheduling options which can eliminate the need to call the office for scheduling.

Your My Bulwark Pest Control account, or "online portal", is the web interface through which you can securely access bills, view service histories/details, and schedule services for your Bulwark service account(s). Service accounts are associated with a specific address and service type (e.g., pest control, termites, etc.). You can have several service accounts associated with different properties/service types, but they can all be linked to one My Bulwark Pest Control account.

You'll need 2things to add your service account to your My Bulwark Pest Control account.

  1. The account number
  2. The zip code associated with the account

You can find this information on your billing statements. 

If you don't have your account number, we can also text it to the phone number associated with the account. To add, update, or remove a service account, go to Account Preferences here.

 

You also have the option to create a nickname for each of your service accounts in the "Account Nickname" field.

Visit https://my.bulwarkpestcontrol.com, click on the "Register" tab, and fill out the form. You can add your existing Bulwark service account(s) after you register.

Each recurring service will typically include an outside power spray or backpack spray, an entry point treatment around doors and windows, removal of spiderwebs on the eaves of the home, and laying down granules around plants. Depending on what type of pests the property has, though, some of these treatments may not be necessary. More specific pests may also require additional treatments.

If you ever see pests get through the exterior barrier, contact us right away so we can schedule an interior service. We offer this at no additional charge. The Service Pro must have access to the inside of the home to perform this service. We cannot service the home if the only people present are under the age of 18.

We have a very large arsenal of products we use, including but not limited to liquid treatments, granules, backpack sprayers, bait boxes, and glue traps. Our types of treatments, what products we use, and how much is used all depend on what pest issues you're having. Your Service Pro will be able to determine what is the most effective treatment and can go over this with you when they arrive to perform your service.

Do I still need to register if I already have a Bulwark service account?
Yes. My Bulwark Pest Control is the interface through which you can securely access bills, view service histories/details, and schedule services for your Bulwark service account(s).

Yes. We encourage you to add all your service accounts to your My Bulwark Pest Control portal, as it makes them all much easier to manage. To add a new service account to your portal, click here. 

Go to the Manage Payment Methods page here.

Go to the Manage Payment Methods page here, then click on either "Add a card" or "Add a checking account" 

Payment methods can be deleted through the Manage Payment Methods page here, but you are required to keep at least one payment method on your account.

To schedule a service, visit the Manage Services page hereYou will be prompted to schedule your regular service if you're due; if not, you will be prompted to schedule a free retreatment.
